Good news, bad news...
Good news: I've dropped from 275 lbs to 222 lbs.
Bad news: Absolutely none of my kilts fit any more. Not even close. We went out last night to a play ("La Pastorela," at the Mesa Arts Center) and even my best-fitting kilt won't stay put. My belts won't adjust that small, either.
Last year, and last Wednesday:

The other good news for some of you is that I'll have some 42-44" kilts and belts in the For Sale section soon...

Congrats!
Can't someone (Matt, Barb...or any other kiltmaker) alter your kilts?

Well, two of my kilts have "lifetime fit" guarantees from the maker - I just have to ship them to get them retailored, and I won't do that until I hit my goal weight of 185. So, it'll be about 6-8 weeks before I do that. I can't see paying more than the cost of the kilt to have someone do that to any of my Stillwater kilts - it's just not economical.
In the meantime, I think I'm going to have to order one or two Stillwaters to keep me kilted.
