If you are going to post images to the forum with the IMG tags, the software is looking for a URL, complete with a file extension. You are trying to post a URL that displays the images, rather than pulling them in to be displayed here.

Your Facebook display requires people to log into their own Facebook account, in order to see the images. Someone like me, who does not have a Facebook account (and no intention of ever opening one), will not be able to see your images.

If you want to display images on the forum and do not have a Web site you can store them on, open a PhotoBucket account and store images there.

Take a look at this thread for some pointers.

    IG,

That pirate would be none other than Mad Max.
He is a bit of a legend at the Highland games around this area.
He was wearing the pirate attire long before the Pirates of the Caribbean movie ever came out.

I am glad you got to meet him.

Matt is a wealth of information.
I tend to learn something new every time I meet him.

I would have liked to have made it but I was on call this weekend.
Although after the first year where it was almost as hot as yesterday.(around 98) I still might not have made it.

Just for reference, when I went to visit Jamie out west in May it got up to 99 degrees F but with low humidity. I would compare it to a day here in south of 85 degrees F. and
90% humidity. Yesterday was way to hot for me.
