Honolulu Christmas Party
Last night the Saint Andrew Society of Hawaii held its Investiture and Christmas party at the Hale Koa ( House of the Warrior) hotel on the Army's Ft. Derussy on Waikiki Beach. My cousin Don, on TDY (temporary duty) for 3 months from Antartica, joined me.
My Wife took this pic of me standing in our dining room as I was leaving, I am sporting the Morrison Ancient Hunting Tartan, PC, L&m Badger sporran, Hand tied bow tie.

Don & others from our table, there was a bad tropical storm so only 62 people showed up. still had a grand time

Lookin good, maybe Don and I can have a sunny kilt night in Antarticia in January. I will be headed down again. I am also trying to get the good airship Salitire to join the trip.

Even with the storm, it looks like a great time was had by all.
Everybody looks very sharp, and it's great to see kilts in Hawaii!

Beautiful sporran. I like the U.S. Forces tartan your cousin is wearing (first time I've seen it.) Sounds like you had a good time in spite of the storm.

I like the badger mask and appreciate tying your own bow tie! I also have a badger mask and I tie my tie.
