    Talking Houston St.Patrick's Day

    I celebrated my St.Patrick's day along with many friends including XMarkers Triolamj and Jack Daw at the Mucky Duck pub. We had great entertainment, food, drink and fun!

    I got some shots of the bands and such;

    Local favorites, Clandestine.

    My friend Jim McKenzie does one of the few things I figure you should not do in a kilt!

    Jiggernaut from the Dallas area.

    And Circa Paleo, Zardoz' favorite renfaire band!

    they did mostly Irish and Celtic tunes, so we did enjoy some "traditional Irish bellydance"

    It's always fun to see faire folks in their 'civilian' clothes.

    A great set by the O'Maoileidigh School of Irish Dance.

    And my little highlight of the day, meeting one of my favorite local radio DJ's, the lovely and talented Edel Howlin from Dublin.
    Order of the Dandelion, The Houston Area Kilt Society, Bald Rabble in Kilts, Kilted Texas Rabble Rousers, The Flatcap Confederation, Kilted Playtron Group.

    When Jenny O'Connor the fiddler saw Zardoz in the crowd, her toes curled. Maybe I need to shave my noggin.

    Great set of pictures, Zardoz! I like the "hose" the unicyclist is wearing!
