I have been thinking all day about how to say this, but I must reinforce what others have said the B&W makes the timeless quality of the Kilt a great sight for the eyes.

I have to say, I like the b&w too! And that looks like a great way to spend tartan [or any other-] day.

    Looks nice.
Though now I have this image of a piper just randomly popping up during the day to play.

Great pix there's something about black and white pixs that just makes them look tremendous

Nice pic, and the black and white is different. But, having grown up in an era when ,y old Brownie would only take black and white pictures, I can't help but remember the days when the first color film became widely available. People were making the same comments about the "new" color pictures. Of course the comments were face to face or over the telephone ( "Sarah can you get me Barney at the sheriff's office") I guess that the way things are going now, with the improvements in digital photography that film will eventually be as rare as black and white photos.
