Invisible MacLeod of Lewis (LOUD MacLeod)

So, you guys doing your first day kilted at work and getting all the comments and attention....go figure this...

My USA Kilts MacLeod of Lewis semi-traditional arrives. I wear it to work today. NO ONE says a word. No comments from coworkers, managers, clients...not even the postmen at the post office or strangers at the post office.

Kilt must be invisible...or so LOUD it locks up people's vocal cords or something.

I love it.

So...make me a liar...

Walking back into the office after lunch a coworker says, "Boy, you're bright today."

So...that's one...four hours after I showed up this morning....

Looks great Ron!

I am really eager for mine now (my first USA Kilt). It may just be my monitor but I can't see the red stripe. Maybe Mcleod of Lewis does cause blindness.

Isn't the Barclay tartan the same as the Mcleod of Lewis minus the red stripe?

Cheers

Jamie

Haha, I love the Bumblebee Tartan! The Mcleods sure are proud of it. But it fits in with the rest of Scotland's culture: loud music, loud people, loud clothing!

The "Bumblebee" tartan would be more fittingly be bestowed on that of the Barclay's.

Excellent new kilt, Ron, and a non-event just the way kilt-wearing should be.
