Kilt Night in MD, with the Saltire

    3-year old Luca W.!

Luca with grandpa Ben at the Royal Mile Pub ("RMP"). XMarker M-Beorn in the background in his Navy Edsell tartan kilt.

We were fortunate to meet fellow kilt-wearers, Ben and Luca having a regular dinner at RMP. Ben, I learned, had emceed the Burns Supper at RMP for about 17 years. He now just goes there to dine (kilted) and let regular folks know that wearing a kilt doesn't need any special reason.

Ben didn't think he'd bump into fellow kilt wearers that night and was quite pleased to see and meet us. I, of course, told him about the wee airship and the XMTS website which he has visited. I don't think it would be long before he registers.

M_beorn, holding The Saltire, as Ben plays the pipes and young Luca plays the drum.

Yours truly holding the Saltire with the group.

svc40bt joined us shortly. He is seen here wearing a Scot Red tartan and Laphroig Quarter Cask in one hand and The Saltire in the other.

    Tres amigos, with XMTSAS Saltire!

Mr. Moore (the NEW! owner of RMP) talking to Luca.

    The group with Mr. Moore.

Some old kilt paintings adorn the walls.

The local "sett" of Xmarkers are meeting again tomorrow July 17 8-ish PM at the RMP bar; and again on Saturday the 18th around 7 PM...

    Maybe we'll see Luca again!

Great pics Mien, it's good to see the wee airship again making the rounds.
