    Smile Kilted....finally!

    My 1st kilt arrived...The 16oz 8 yards Caledonia Modern.

    Woven and made by Lochcarron.

It fits like a glove, the pleats are 4 1/2 inches deep, has 3 straps, handstiched, lovely, lovely

    Matching flashes came with it.

The colours on the pictures are way too bright....because of to the flashlight. The kilt is much darker.

1st remark of my wife: "Honey...get some tan on those legs!" :-?

Lochcarron does very nice work. And, I should say, a very nice way to enter the world of kilts.

Congrats on the new kilt, Robin! How do you like the feel of a 16 oz traditional?
