Kilts and Real Olde Trucks
Friday I headed up to meet some friends at Arches National Park near Moab, Utah. Long drive so Friday night I laid over in Bluff, Utah. Went out to eat at the Twin Rocks Cafe and they had this 1928 Chevie Truck on display.

Kilt is USA Kilts casual in Frazier tartan.
Then Saturday morning went over to the Comb Ridge Coffee Shop for their blue corn pancakes and here's this old GMC truck out front. Kid behind the counter thought it was a '58, but I'm guessing its older than that. Anyone know for sure.

Kilt is USA Kilts casual in Isle of Skye tartan.
Running in to these olde trucks put me to mind of the olde fire truck up in Ridgeway I saw last year.

Kilt is Isle of Skye hand sewn by Kathy Lare from 16 ounce Strome from Lochcarron Mills.
Any other pics of kilts and olde trucks??

Nice, as always, but I think you are missing a picture...
Edit: forget it, I see it now...

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Should be three pics - you might have logged on when I was trying to fix some mistakes...

Nice pictures as always. Also, you are correct 58 GMC would have had 2 headlights per side not one. If my eye is correct I'd say that is a 53.

Thanks, the kid at the coffee shop was guessing and he was about 19 years old so probably had no clue..."great grandpa's truck"

Great pics as usual. What outstanding backgrounds, were there kilts in the photos? (just kidding). I wonder how the "Twin Rocks Cafe" got it'd name. Another adventure with wonderful western photos posted by Ron. Thanks Ron.
