    The latest kilt

WARNING: these pics really suck! We just couldn't get the lighting right and, of course, the camera in ancient. This is 16oz, in olive. Although, it is basically identical to my Lovat green hose. No amount of fiddling could get the colour to show properly. Drats. There are as yet no buckles, as I'm still waiting fo them. It also needs a final press, but I wanted to get some pics up. I'm going to pick up some Hodden next trip.

With regards Inverness capes on order, I'm about a week and a half behind due to late order from Mill . They start going out on Tuesday.

Thanks to Rex for trying to colour correct the pics. Olive wool is tough to photograph. The middle image is the closest to reality.

Moosehead, that is nice looking! Is that you in those pics? I really like the color. I have an olive UK that I picked up off eBay that shrunk in transit() and I have many shirts that match with an olive color. Might have to think about supporting our newest kilt maker. However, you'll need a wee mor material for my kilt!

Yep, KCW, thats me. Used to run marathons and the body never seemed to realize I don't do that cr@p anymore.

It is a nice colour, picked up at my "local" discount fabric place. This wasn't discount, but for 16oz wool, it was damned cheap. They do have some of this left, not sure how much though. They have plenty of brown tones, like tan and the infamous Hodden, which is one of my next personal projects, when time permits. Along with saffron, of course. And Royal Blue, and...

Very Nice!! I wish I had been born Rich instead of good looking, then I'd be able to afford more kilts
