| | | I won the jersey
I won the jersey while I was stationed in the Sinai, only because my Boston University t-shirt said made in Columbia and there was a contingent of Columbian soldiers there.

I'll have to talk to my son about the Pub. He is a jr at KSU and wears his UK or Amerikilt time to time. That place must have opened since the last time we visited. Good looking outfit. How is it received on post?
YMOS,
Tony

Tony,
I live 35 minutes from post in the opposite direction past Manhattan towards Topeka, so I don't really make an effort to visit post on my days off, but one day I did have to go use my printer at work and saw a soldier who made no comment on my attire.

Let me know if you get into Kansas city. I would be glad to meet you and then neither you nor I won't be kilted alone.

| | Kilted in KS?
I'm new to the forum...been lurking for awhile. I'm in Lincoln, NE, but get down to Lawerence and KCMO frequently. I would be happy to try and meet for a kilt night, as long as USMC Leatherneck doesn't clash with US Army

It's good to see kilties in Kansas. I was born and raised around Hutchinson, KS. I wore my kilt around once there when visiting my mother and the locals didn't know what to make of it. I got a chuckle out of it, at least.
Keep up the good work wearing it solo.
