Mesa, Arizona 2007 Highland Games
As requested by someone....

Riverkilt, pbperson, Retro Red, and O'Neille
I drove down from Page/Lake Powell, AZ and O'Neille drove up from Sierra Vista, AZ. Pdperson and Retro Red are Phoenix locals.
I bought a bunch of t-shirts and a LOT of kilt pins...for some reason there seemed to be a fewer vendors this year. Place was packed though. Finally parked in the shopping center across the street.

Great shot! Glad to see the AZ crew meeting up. Too bad you, Retro, and I all seemed to miss each other in Flagstaff last year.

Good photo of a happy kilted rabble. Great to see you wearing the RAF tartan Ron.
It seems odd to be looking at Highland Games pics so early in the season; Scotland's games run from May till September; Gourock is usually first at the beginning of May; I used to take part in their running events when I was younger and lived in the west of Scotland.

That is a great picture of the rabble! But, one stupid question..... Just what is that beast hanging from your waist Ron??? That looks like a brute of a sporran.
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon
