    Milwaukee Highland Games

    Here we are.

    WARPIPER, beloitpiper, Artificer and son.

    WARPIPER and his wee dram.

Artificer showing off his son's real sealskin sporran.

    Cabette toss.

Artificer doing what he does best.

I thought this was a pretty awesome kilt.

Haggis flavored potato chips. Not bad, actually.

Looks like you guys had a wonderful day and great weather. I especially like the "cabette" toss!

    That kilt needs these hose!

Regarding the Haggis crisps, we actually have them at the Scottish Tartans Museum gift shop now, and everyone who has tried them has loved them! I doubt very much we'll be getting into shipping them, as I don't think they would survive the post very well. But for anyone coming to see us you might want to give them a try.

    Thank you, Santa Wally.

Indeed WARPIPER's sporran is one of my making as well.

As for beer being what I do best, I tend toward a G&T in this kind of weather (it was over 90*f again this year). But needs must.

It was great having our X-markers there (apparently we didn't get a pic of our Michael Flemming).

I have the Lionheart kilt as well and it has turned out to be a great conversation starter as whenever someone mentions the lion I know they've been peering at me hiny! Now I need to get a hold of Matt and get me a pair of matching hose.
