    Mix and Match


    Wearing the top half of the museum uniform with the black heavyweight kilt which I would normally wear to court, in place of the uniform black trousers. Kilt received favourable comments but I am not sure the crew pullover goes with a kilt as it obscures the belt.

    The outfit looks great Alex,you don't need to see the belt IMHO,with that look.

    I agree, and will go one step further and see you don't even NEED a belt when wearing that.

    Looks just fine Alex. When I wear a kilt & sweater combination (often in the winter) I simply skip the belt entirely - that way no odd bulge from the buckle.

    Yep. I ditch the belt entirely when wearing a jumper.
