    My first wool kilt

It arrived last week but this is the first chance I've had to take pictures. It's a 5 yard wool kilt from Rocky at USA Kilts. The tartan is 16 oz Maple Leaf from Batley.

I love it and I can't wait to wear it out and about. So far I've just worn it around the house. Here's the back.

    And here's the "Hamish" shot.

The kilt looks great, but what really caught my eye was the waistcoat. I like the straight cut bottom. Where did you get it?

Congrats -- very, VERY nice indeed!! I love the Maple Leaf sett, and I also love Rocky's wool 5-yarders (currently have three). You look sharp, sir.

Three of my favorite Kilted joys; wool, Maple Leaf, and Rocky. You look fantastic.

Thanks for posting the pics. I'll have mine shortly, it's on it's way.

Maple leaf. A blinding tartan! It looks great.

    Fantastic Kilt

I agonized over my last kilt order, the Maple Leaf was designated "for the future", yours looks fantastic. The colors vary amongst weavers and that looks very nice. Wear in good health and happiness.
