    My formal kilt outfit

Last night was the black tie dinner for which I've been scrambling to get together a kilt outfit. This is what I came up with...

For the record, I have no idea what the expression on my face in the second pic is.

The jacket isn't quite done, but it was ok for last night. It was an Eton jacket from Uniformalwearhouse, modified by Red_Raven_Studios. The kilt, dress belt, flashes, kilt hose, and sporran came from Stillwater Kilts (sporran modified by myself, with help from RRS). The sporran belt came from Wal-Mart.

Looks good, glad you were able to get it done for the big night.

The evening was pretty much a success. We raised $131,000 for Habitat for Humanity.

Really striking...you fer sure got the Uniformal Eton Jacket to work out perfectly. You must have made an impression at the event...what kind of reactions did you get?

Quite a few, all good. One lady asked me to back up (she was sitting behind a table) so she could see my knees. People kept telling me that someone else was wearing a kilt. I kept my eyes open but never saw him.
