My new Bundeswehr Flecktarn Kilt!

About a week ago I approached XMarker PaulHenry to make me a kilt with the camouflage material I had bought. I collected it today!

It's hanging a bit long on the leg as I'm not wearing a belt with it:

(Please excuse the mess in the background; I'm in the middle of boxing up my life before emigrating to Australia at the end of March).

Paul was very impressed with the material and commented a few times how heavy it was:


It needs to be 'worn in' a little to loosen it up:


I do like the double pleat on each side (next to the reverse pleat):

It looks very nice! But, I could see the pleats better if they weren't camouflaged.

Very nice, and a very smart move on having Paul make your kilt... He has impressed me time and time again, with his kilt made from non traditional fabrics.
