My new kilt...with a touch of Korpiklaani (Modern)

I got a brand-new kilt. It's an acrylic Wallace tartan kilt from Stillwater Kilts. Not only do I find the kilt very cool, but I also have an awesome Korpiklaani shirt (it's an awesome band.

). I saw a deer skull and my family and I thought it'd be a pretty sweet idea to do this.

By the way, I didn't kill the deer, the skull was a gift from somebody. I didn't kill a deer just to make a sporran from its head. I'm not an inhumane person, I just live in a household of amusing ideas

and random animal skulls just laying around.

I'll be the first to say it: that skull won't gain you any friends when it comes to slow-dancing.

Very true, but I don't have to worry about it too much since I can't dance.

But with that skull, I have an excuse not to dance.

And you WANT an excuse not to slow dance, with your arms around some babe and holding her tight against you while you move slowly against one another, and....

Of course Mum & Dad might be just as happy if you DIDN'T do that....

Thats pretty tight. Maybe if i get a deer again this year i will try to pull something like that off.

Celt_GravityRebel: I like the whole outfit, but would probably opt for squished-down hose with those boots. My son wants his next kilt to be a Wallace Red. It looks great on you and with the shirt. I'll show him your pics. Thanks for posting them.

As for dancing, definitely try it slow. Don't let the skull stop you. Just do what all athletes do - slide it over to the side on your hip and go for it! For safety though you might want to put rubber stoppers on the antler points. ;-)
