I LOVE Rotweillers!!. Had a female until she died at 13. Never a sweeter, gentler, or more loyal dog could be found.

That is a sweetie. I'm a beagle fancier, myself but a good lookin' dog is a good lookin' dog. A long and happy life together!

Thanks guys! Hes actually only a quarter Rott. He pretty much looks like a long haired Rottie with a white spot on his chest. His dad is Rott and Australian Shepherd and his mom is Labradoodle. He looks almost identical to Saddie, my inlaws Rott when she was a pup, tho. (shes now the big Rott in the picture) The vet says hes going to be huge! We had him about 2 weeks now and hes only 8 weeks old. You wouldnt believe such a small animal could pack away so much food. Its crazy! Hes at least doubled in size since we've had him and the vet says he should keep growing at that pace for at least a few more months.

Handsome pup! And he goes so well with your kilt, too! I've got a black dog (for a more formal look), and then a beige dog and a white dog for daytime outings...so I'm ready no matter what kilt I'm wearing.

Eight years ago my own kilt accessory was that size.

I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.

That sure is a cute pup. Congrats!

What tartan are you wearing in the picture, if I may ask?
