New member showing his kilted pride.
These pictures were taken at a 3 player pump paintball tournament in Coryden, IN on 06/03/2007 . You will get to see my 2 Amerikilts in action in a round about way. I pruchased an olive and a black one which both come with matching sporrans. I find the contrasting sporran looks much nicer. I find these to be very comfortable and long wearing for this type of activity where I would not want to risk a more costly worsted wool kilt.
The pump tournament.

Unfortunately due to some roster changes team Gaupo didn't do so well at this event, but this was my first tournament event kilted. That makes it a great victory in my book preveiously I had worn the kilt only for more laidback style of play. NEVER AGAIN!.
Enjoy.

i love paintball...but I just can't imagine playin' whilst kilted.
How do you find the Amerikilt has stood up to numerous washings? Paint stains on them at all?
Inside me is a thin woman screaming to get out. But I can usually shut the b*tch up with chocolate!

Paint stains? How does one get these paint stains?
HAHAHA
Seriously. They have done fairly well. They stain no worse than my old bdu's did and they hold up well. The bigest thing was I ordered both a bit longer and one size bigger so as to do the hot water wash thing. It worked nearly perfectly they are actually still a bit loose in the waist but the hot water wash with all brand ditergent seems to get the paint out just fine.
