    This morning the DHL man arrived at the door with a package from Pakistan

    All the parts from Geoffrey Music, bag, chanter, blowpipe, drones, reeds etc to assemble a budget set of bagpipes.

    Hopefully,yes.
    I dabbled with bagpipes in the late nineteen nineties and then sold my set to Hawick Scout Fellowship Pipe Band. I'd like to learn to play a few tunes properly, but it wasn't worth spending a small fortune buying a quality set of Dunbars for the modest standard of performance which I might be able to achieve.

    Well done Alex. I have always wished that I could play the pipes. Sadly I cannot get a note out of a triangle! All the very best of luck.
