Veered off the tourist trail to the head of Nine Mile Wash - it flows to the left and down to Glen Canyon then into the Colorado River just upstream from Horseshoe Bend.
The gray cliffs on the horizon are in Utah. Kilt is my USA Kilts semi-trad in saffron. Shirt is from LL Bean, liked how the colors seemed to work together.
Beautiful day for a kilted hike. I was focused on hiking but before I veered off the main trail a bunch of the tourists were sneaking pics of the olde guy in the kilt.
