| | | Nor Cal Rabble January Kilt Night
Last night was the last Friday of the month which meant it was time for the Nor Cal Rabble to assemble for their monthly Kilt Night at the wonderful Devils Canyon Brewery http://www.devilscanyonbrewery.com/ for some refreshing beverages and some good company
With all the discussion on XMTS as of late about a certain notorious item of head gear, and with tongues planted firmly in cheek we decided out theme for the night be... Nor Cal Rabble FLAT CAP NIGHT!
way2fractious and Bill. Bill got mixed up, "Pith Helmet Night" is scheduled for July. (By the by the ornaments on the sides of Bill's helmet are from his Triumph Bonneville. Many people noted that at least on his hat they got to actually be in motion!)
TimC, The F-H.C.A.G. , way2fractious, and Sinbad TimC had had a very hard and very long day and didn't have time to get his kilt. The kilt meant a whole lot less to us than his company
way2fractious and Sinbad Sinbad preferred his new deerstalker to a flat cap (so score 1 point for Jock Scot!)
Tim's lovely daughter showing her tartan colors and Sinbad
Ian of the Angry Scotsmen Motorcycle club and the F-H.C.A.G.
My lovely Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess and I
Group Shot
We may sometimes disagree but the good fellowship and humor always shine through here on our forum.
Cheers to Jock Scot (who is a good sport) and all the good Ladies and Gentlemen of X Marks the Scot!
Cheers
Jamie

Great photos, I wish I had not lost my Harris Tweed flat cap, Oh well I still have my Gunn Weathered.

Sinbad smiled and laughed when he read your post.
He is very interested in the Jeremy Brett "Sherlock Holmes" series we started watching a few weeks ago and really wanted a deerstalker of his own.
Cheers
Jamie

The cap was an excellent theme. I also very much like way2fractious' laird's plaid! We don't see many of those, so he gets points for being unique. I also have a laird's plaid and am now inspired to wear it next weekend.

We would have been there but we are both still suffering from that cough. Better to stay indoors, out of the cold and get well.
Looks like everyone else had a great time!
Nice hats BTW.
Cheers,
Ray
