Nor Cal Rabble Sacramento/Woodland Games Pictures

The Nor CAl Rabble gathered in the shelter of the MacNaughton's clan tent to enjoy the Woodland Highland Games. The order of the day (as usual) was good company, refreshing beverages, and of course kilts!

    Here are some pictures:

XMTS' Alan H. threw in the Master's Class on Sunday so of course we went to cheer him on

The Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess and Alan H.

Alan, bunchdescendant, and the LCD (Little Celtic Dancer)

Alan threw a personal best in the weight of distance (over 40 ft!) Well done Alan!

    More to come..

What would a Highland Game be without the delightful Wicked Tinkers?

    Well certainly quieter!

The fellows brought up a lot of guests to play with them and even had a a dancer properly dressed to dance a hornpipe!

Wee little Xena (the littlest Mcleod) wanted to dance

But the boys prefered to just sit back and watch the show

By the by, The Wicked Tinker's latest album "RANT" is now available. We picked up a copy of course!

Dave (kiltimabar) had stopped by to visit on Saturday and left a present for his fellow X Markers -A bouquet of artificial dandelions!

As the humble yet glorious dandelion is the official plant for X Marks the Scot we put them to good use. Thanks Dave!

The lovely Flame Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess didn't have a bonnet so she did the best she could...

    No one seemed to mind!

    Alan ready to tango

    More to come...

Wonderful photos, I really enjoyed looking at them. Thanks so much for sharing!

The dandelions look GREAT! The dancing photos with the kids had me smiling. Great action shot of AlanH! Swish and swirl! Looks like it was a wonderful day.

Great pics Jamie love the action shots of Allen, would ask him where he got the t-shirt he was wearing during the games.
