    North Texas Snow Pics

We had a freak cold spell (by north Texas standards) hit this week. At first it brought ice; last night it finally brought snow. My wife and I ran around for hours in the snow (because it's such a rare occurrence in Texas), and much of that running around was done while wearing my kilt.

Since getting some better accessories, I've been wearing the kilt more.

    Some photos from today:

Great pictures and impressive juggling of snowballs! Of course, that was in another thread, but still....VERY Impressive.

Christopher also juggled snowballs while kilted! For those who haven't seen the video, it was posted in this thread here.

The first part of the video was earlier in the day and he was wearing jeans... then he changed into his kilt and juggled for more video footage. Unfortunately, I realized I only took video of him juggling... I don't think we got any photos of him kilted and juggling snow. Oops!

I just love photos of you wearing the kilt and running, Christopher. It looks so neat! And hey, I don't have to ask you for copies of these now

Thanks for the juggling compliments. I don't know why it didn't dawn on me earlier, but I need to build the snowballs around rocks to get some weight. I had a tough time with how light the snowballs were and couldn't cut loose.

So that's my lesson for the day: if you're going to juggle snowballs, build them around small rocks for weight!

Sounds dangerous! Heheheh! Have you tried it though? As we were talking about in the other thread, sometimes snow doesn't even pack well enough to hold up to juggling, especially numbers/height. Would a rock packed in the snowball cause it to crumble apart even more?

Yeah, this snow was so light that it was hard to get a good snowball to throw. Great job with the juggling, Christopher, and great pics!
