Exclamation Note About X Marker Formal, Dressy, and Casual Pics

The three threads for X Markers to show off pictures of themselves in Casual, Dressy, and Formal looks was created to act as a reference guide for those wishing to see the different approaches we all have to kilted fashion.

http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=22431

http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=22432

http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=22433

I made a request that only posts with pictures should be added to the thread to keep it the most useful to everyone. There have been a lot of comments* as of late. Certainly send someone a PM if you'd like to compliment them (I'm sure they would appreciate it), but let's all try to keep these threads focused on the pictures.

Thanks

* Though one good member thought better of it and had theirs removed

My appologies for commenting in a picture-only-thread.

I have removed the contents, but could not myself remove the actual posting. Perhaps one of the moderators sees my attempt in the formal dress thread, and helps me out.

Good initiative with the three mentioned threads, Panache

Patrick,

Nothing personal. I always enjoy the good natured banter and comradre of this place. I just see that we can use these for our own reference as well as it being a great tool for showing off the versatility of the kilt. Perhaps a few significant others out there might benefit from seeing how ladies and gents around the world wear their kilts.

Cheers

Those topics are wonderful! It's a treasure chest...let's keep it clean and keep posting those pictures...together we just might beat Hamish' picture gallery (in quantity...not quality )

My apologies as well. I can see the point of keeping it pictures only.

Quick Q though: will these threads eventually lead to a gallery, or will these threads keep going like the Dos and Don'ts thread?

Don't count on even 'quantity', Robin! My photo album is sadly out of date - I have quite a few photos waiting to be added to it.
