    Ohiopyle - Anteitam

As mentioned on another thread, I love seeing everyone's travel pics. and I am trying to balance out the recent western USA threads with some east coast scenery. These were from a camping trip two weeks ago to Ohiopyle State Park in Pennsylvania and a return trip along the old National Road thru Maryland to Anteitam National Battlefield.

    First Ohiopyle:

This is the Castleman's River bridge (built 1813) along the National Road

This is an original toll house on the National Road

Excellent tour, thanks. Reminds me of the beauty back east (I'm from western Pennsylvania by birth).

Thanks for the excellent tour, Canawler. The battlefield scenes, especially the tombstones are very poignant.
