    Old postcard, Arty Art

I posted this postcard pic a few years ago now, but just in case there are new members who might not have seen it, here it is again.

On Sun it was a lovely day here and our friend Sohpie called in to show us a new camera. She took some pics, took them home and messed around with them. She studied art and creative arts etc.
This is what she emailed me earlier today. Its certainly different but I kinda like it.

    Great postcard!

I love this effect.... so as a graphic designer, I had to see if I could mimic it.

Hey, thats been the background for my computer for awhile now!
I love the picture but notice (since it is front of my face so much) that they pulled the sporan off to the right and the kilt isn't flat and smoth because of it. you can see the chain. just picky I know, but you people are making me that way :0)
What tartan is it? Anybody know???

    forgot

Then the lady in the postcard says to the other lady, "I'm going to need a magnifying glass but this certainly doesn't appear to be a threat."

Those old naughty postcards deserve an airing now and then!
