    PICS: My new Nightstalker

OK, here are a few pics of the SWK Nightstalker that landed on my front porch yesterday. Kilt is in "out of the box" condition - no ironing/pleat maintenance of any kind done yet, waiting for that Black & Decker steamer to arrive. SWK nylon cargo sporran on a leather strap and a nylon pisol belt round off the ensemble.

I tried the formal kilt belt with it yesterday, and as we say in Boston, dude, that looks pissah!

The "smudge" on the apron is the flash reflecting off of something in the room (or some minute paranormal being admiring the tartan).

Close-up of the belt and sporran.

    The obligatory kneeling pic.

And with the leather jacket (man, I can't wait for the cooler weather to really hit).

Bottom line: I LOVE this kilt! Couldn't be happier.

And, in about one hour and 52 minutes, I will officially be 40. Needless to say, I'll be entering the quality years in a kilt and with a not-so-wee dram of The MacAllan (18 y.o.) in my hands.

The nightstalker is a neat tartan. I enjoy mine.

Quite acceptable results for a relatively modest investment. Enjoy the freedom!

Now you've done it. Must have nightstalker. Very good looking w/ the leather. O'Neille

Nice!. I'm starting to sway away from SWK's Irish Tartan, and more towards one of the Nightstalker patterns.

Is yours the Standard or Heavyweight?

The Nightstalker is only available as a Standard. Anything heavier, and I don't see how I could wear it indoors without getting too hot. 'Course, there's only one way to find out.

    (gets out credit card...again)
