piping at NAMM 2012
Once again we played Thursday night at the NAMM show, playing Amazing Grace while a slideshow shows people in the music industry who have died over the preceeding year.
Here we are in the "green room" giving a final tuneup. They provided all the free Corona and Guinness we could drink!

Here's what we looked like last year, while performing
Drummond of Perth kilts, muted range, from House of Edgar. Last year grey hose and shirts, this year black hose and blue shirts.

Carried away by the madness of fight, the English knight charged straight into the Spanish array. Here and there tossed the white plume of the English helmet, rising and falling like the foam upon a wave, until at last it had sunk from view, and another brave man had turned from war to peace.
