Looks good, I hope you had a wonderful prom,

I do notice though that your kilt seems to be riding a wee bit low, in my experience this can be caused by the kilt not fitting correctly i.e. being too large and thus being pulled down by the weight of the sporran, is the kilt as tight as can be?

One other small thing to consider for the next time you are going out in a Prince Charlie outfit, you should leave the dress belt when wearing a waistcoat.

i debated leaving the belt, and i cant remember why, but i had a good reason for keepin it on, and it was a little low, but the pic was taken at the end of the night and the kilt tended to move down a bit during the dancing

That's why you always take the pictures at the beginning of the evening, when you're fresh.

There is an awful lot of shirt showing beneath the jacket though. That shouldn't be happening.

good on you for having the haggis to wear it. You may have mentioned it in another post, but how was the kilt received at the Prom?

You guys look great! I hope it was a special evening.

Looking at the length of the kilt (touching the top of knee) The kilt is probably OK (maybe it's not as long as it should be but you couldn't pull it up any further or you'd reveal too much ).

I'd tend to think the jacket is too short. It's fits in the chest but should be a Long or Regular verses a Regular or Short. You look like a pretty tall guy so you would need a longer coat.
