Queen Mary Scottish Festival, Feb 14-15

We managed to meet up with a few people from forum(s) but no kilt night. Here are some snaps from Saturday (spent inside the Queen in "clan country" and vendors) and Sunday (spent at the athletics/dogs field).

Is that The Saltire cruising over the Queen????

Dogs at work

Guys at play! Alan H should recognize a few. . .

I'm glad we went, although it is not the best Games site we have seen -- too many separate areas, with the athletics completely isolated from the rest of the festival, endless staircases within the Queen, and really poor food-service management for a venue that has been in operation this long. . . looking forward to San Diego and Ventura Games later this year!

Nice pictures too bad they are so small, I hope you had a great time.

Sorry about the small views, I forgot that PhotoBucket would reduce them during the upload so they got reduced twice. If I get time I'll upload again and replace these, bump the thread to let you know.
