| | | ROKS at Colorado Tartan Day Society fundraiser
Hey there, folks! IrishColoradoan, Cerebite, my Mrs and myself all had a fantastic night. We attended a fundraiser for the Colorado Tartan Day Society. It featured a concert by local local Celt rock band Angus Mohr http://www.angusmohr.com/ . If you've not heard them, check them out! They're awesome! Anyways, here are some pictures:
The evening started out with some of our local Highland dancers. The Colorado Tartan Day Society raises money for scholarships and such for these kids:
And the piper who played for these wonderful kids:
To be continued...

And next...
Angus Mohr-
The group:
Cerebite (Mr Clean!)
Irish and his fiance
My Mrs and myself
And the group photo (after Irish had to leave sadly!)
All in all, it was a fun night. Angus Mohr donated half of the proceeds from their CD sales to the society, and a great time was had by all.
Thanks to those that came, and to those who couldn't make it- we'll see you next month! We hope.

That was a good time - sorry we had to duck out early, but there's no rest for the wicked!

Ah, I think we remember you two. Several Jamesons later I may have a fuzzy memory. Hope you can make the next meetup!

See you all again soon! | Figures... I was the guy banging his head furiously... I'm an old school metal head. Are you the lady who was wearing the mid thigh black leather jacket?
