| | | Saltire in the Sky over Scotland 
As I returned home across the border from Carlisle today, appropriately there was a Saltire in the sky above Scotland!
This view was taken with the camera resting on the bridge parapet on the English bank of the Kershope Burn, with the camera looking across into Scotland, over which two jet planes have formed a saltire a few minutes before I reached the border.
