Sorry I missed it.
Really sorry someone else had to take up the Immortal Memory at the last minute. (On the plus side, I already have it ready for next year )
Grant's (Ol' Spindle Shanks') remarks have me curious - are there any copies of last night's Immortal Memory and "An Address to the SOKS" available for reading?
And Grant, sorry to leave you and Rick alone to face the Scottish hordes - my main paternal line is English, you know.

Tam O'Shanter-now there's a memorization challenge! I'll pass. But I'd love to hear it-I suppose the camera memory wouldn't allow for a video.
And regarding the limericks to the SOKS, we did actually read them out at our supper as well-they were handed out to be read by several of the guests...Grant, just so you know, I delivered yours personally!
Be well,
There is a video of Tam it's just not been uploaded yet. Everyone loved the Nor cal toast even the non Xmarkers.

Gary you are on for next year, I think there was video of the Imortal Memory and the toast and response from the lasses. As for the Ol' Spindle Shanks, watch the Address to a Haggis video, it worked out perfectly having Grant and Dick beside each other.

There are videos now posted of both the exchange of greetings between the Nor Cal Rabble and SOKS Burns Night Suppers and the "Address to the SOKS" here on the Nor Cal Burns night Supper Thread:

More to come.

Thank God Jamie didn't know that I came from Nantucket!
