    Solid Black it's universal

I got this kilt awhile back from Frugal Corner, it is great because of the flexablity.

I wear it with my black Clan MacKay T-shirt because I don't have a MacKay kilt yet.

It also goes great with my MacKay tie....

    Lookin’ good!

Yeah, black is very versatile. It goes great with everything.

    I love the Saltire Sporran.

    Cheers.

Thanks for posting your photos. Good build for wearing a kilt. My kilt is also black and is very versatile just as you illustrate. Not so sure about the red socks unless you have something else red on. I had a red cravat tie with red flashes on black socks. What the hay, at least your wearing the kilt.

    Caddy One,

    Yes, it is...

I am not a Past Master but I am on the Degree Team at Brandon Lodge 114. It's the hat I wear with my Tux.

I plan to be in the East one day but will wear a Glengerry, since I plan to be kilted for all meeting and Degrees.

You’re right! Very versatile! I haven’t worn my black kilt much, as I got mine to wear with my Hawaiian shirts, and haven’t had warm weather for a while. I hadn’t thought about going with an all black tux look. I’ll have to try that.

Even though I understand the oriental significance of the top hat, for some reason, I think Mardi Gras when I see that turn-out.

    Looks good John.

    Happy New Year!

We have two very large, and sometimes very vocal groups here. Freemasons and Marines. Some of us have the honor to be both!
