    Spokane Highland Games 2007

The Spokane Highland Games have come and gone for this year and with cool temperatures and lots to do it was a big success. Lets take a look...

A decent crowd was on hand for the opening ceremonies.

The mass band got things off to a rousing start.

Each clan entered to the applause of the crowd

And our very own Kiltman addressed the crowd

There were loads of things to do and dance competition took center stage

Thank goodness for a few encouraging words!

The Scottish Country Dance group proved the grown-ups were not to be outdone!

The vendor tents were busy all day long

Plenty of folks were interested in finding their Scots roots

The pipe bands competed and then finished off the day playing sets for the crowd

It was great to see so many young people involved in the bands!

It was a great day to be a Scot in Spokane!
