Looking really sharp. I am pleased you took up my suggestion yesterday that a weathered MacKenzie would make smart work wear.
Lots of toys and children's books there - do you work in a kindergarten?

I'm a librarian. The pics were taken in the children's room.

Good pictures, glad you could go kilted to work on St. Andrews day.

I'm fortunate in that I'm the director of the library. I'm the guy who decides what is and isn't appropriate dress for work. Needless to say, I have approved the wearing of kilts at work.

I'll tag along on this thread.

And, by the way, CS...I always wanted to work in a library...nice to know no kilt hassles there.

Anyhow, wore my Macdonald of Kingsburgh hand sewn kilt to work today. Kathy Lare sewed it up from 16 ounce material from Dalgliesh Mills.

I emailed my coworkers about the significance of St. Andrew's Day and that the tartan I was wearing was from Kingsburgh on the Trotternish Peninsula of the Isle of Skye. My ancestors were from Uig, just up the road. Had a nice response.

This is also the debute of my new brown leather Stillwater Nightstalker sporran.

Photo was taken at the end of a ten hour day...a very busy day...so I'm a tad frazzled.

Sorry, forgot, and my edit feature is on the "spin to infinity" fritz again.

Those are the Brown Lewis hose from the Scottish Tartans Museum. Mention it since, at least on my monitor the color is very true to what it is in reality.
