LMAO!

This is a great pic and I do love that kilt. Would go well with a few of my shirts.

Been a while since I've done any caber tossing, but hopefully after my surgery is done with I can take the wee lad on!

Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures, but do have a cute story about kids and Highland Games. I've mentioned in previous posts that I run Games at some to the Black Powder Rendezvous I attend. At one of the local ones we have "Kids Highland Games". We use a large piece of bamboo for a caber. It's about 3 1/2 - 4 inches in diameter and about 4 feet long. Two years ago a little girl was watching, but was too shy to take part, she appeared to be about 5 years old. She was finally coaxed out from behind Mamma's skirts to try her hand at caber tossing. I was helping her. The first two attempts resulted in the "caber" just falling forward out of her hands. She finally caught on to the the idea of "toss". She launched to bamboo skyward, high enough that it got turned 90 degrees and came down across my head with a resounding "Bonk!". Of course, the crowd erupted in laughter, which frightened our young competitor back behind Mamma's skirts. We weren't able to convince her to come out again. Till the next year.
