    Tartan Peacock?

The lovely Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess took this picture at the San Francisco Zoo. She noted that neither the peacock nor I puffed ourselves up to out-do the other.

What can I say, it was a matter of "Professional courtesy" .

    Cheers

    Nice photo Jamie
I've been thinking about a trip to the zoo really must do that sometime soon, I only hope the Toronto Peacocks are as courteous as yours.

Actually, I think the peacock realized he was outclassed and that any show by him would be a waste of time!

Been a while since I've been to the SF Zoo. You and the peacock are two peas in a pod. BTW, what's the tartan? (Remember, I'm a noob so the tartan catalog in my head is fairly limited).

The tartan is Galbraith (very similar, or identical to Hunter, depending on who you talk to), his grandmother's family tartan.

Very smart, but then I'm prejudiced about the Galbraith tartan.
