Yep womens cilt ... i bought it for Elaine ....
Trefor ... I got it in Clinton Cards of all places ...
I am toying with the idea of having an instacilt party with our friends ... everyone gotta wear one ... would be great fun ..

It came to me a few days ago that the perfect Welsh kilt would be made from corduroy. . . think about it!
