Welsh Rugby Scarf Travel Log in Pictures

The Rugby Scarf is under way. I know who the first two reciprients are but I will keep that a secret.
Included with the scarf is a little Welsh notebook if anyone would like to sign it or make any comments. Also there is a sheet with all the members who have agreed to participate. It is in no set order. When you send the scarf on to someone could you cross their name off the list and send the list on with the scarf and notebook. And so on it goes with the names reducing as we go along. If it is possible for you to have a quickish turn around with the scarf I'm sure we will be able to cover everyone on the sheet.. And lastly, if the scarf could arrvive back in the UK by early Nov to Chas (Norfolk) we should be able to complete the last few members in the UK before it returns to me early Dec.
Please take pictures ... anywhere will do ... pub, dancing, concerts, walking, sightseeing ... and post them here. I will copy one pic from everyone and display them on our notice board at folk club ,once it has returned.
    Thats it really.
Thanks for participating , and its over to you ....

For my part, I am holding myself in readiness. I have put a chair outside the front door, by the letterbox and another inside (in case of inclement weather). I've got Margaret to bring me cups of tea every hour and will be eating my meals from a tray on my knees. Margaret has agreed to stand in every four hours, for 10 minutes, to give me a break, but we have rigged up a baby alarm type system just in case there is a delivery.

    I think I am ready.

    Regards

    Chas

How do we get on the waiting list? DFW is going to do a Kilt Night for this part of the tour.

Nice one Chas ... cant fault your devotion to duty and thank Margaret as well for doing what she can to help you keep your 'watch'.
Drac ... You are on the list, as is everyone who has volunteered on The Challange thread. A kilt night eh ... sounds grand ! Thanks.

I returned home late last evening and there IT was waiting for me. As a certain amount of haste is required to complete the challenge on time, Jock has, er well, "leapt" into action! The Scarf will be on its way to pastures new first thing tomorrow.

The Scarf goes for a stroll in the Scottish Highlands.

Ben Nevis just keeping its head out of the clouds.

    Ben Nevis to the rear.

Phew! Time for a wee "reviver"!

Nice pics Jock. Beautiful scenery and you look quite dapper, as one would expect! What tartan is that you are wearing?

Yes, I am very fortunate to live in a beautiful part of this world. My tartan is MacLeod of Harris.
