Women Police Pipes & Drums

Was at a run this Sunday morning in support of the Yellow Ribbon Project, a programme to reintegrate ex-offenders back into society.

The finishing point was at the prison complex's field, where I saw the Singapore Women Police Pipes & Drums:

Please forgive the plastic cape. It was raining heavily and many of us were running in disposable rain ponchos.

Well done on taking part in the race, Thoth.
And as you say, the key should make a great kilt pin.
It’s also good to know you are not the lone kilt-wearer of Singapore!
