    X Markers Casual Kilted Pictures

    Casual Kilted Photos

There have been a lot of threads as of late asking questions about the differences between Casual, Semi-Dress, Business, Formal, etc... kilted outfits. Being that a picture is worth a thousand words. I thought it would be useful to have separate threads where the members of X Marks the Scot could simply post a photo of their version of these different styles as a resource for the rest to get ideas. I have selected three catagories Casual, Dressy, and Formal. Please submit your best photos with any comments about your outfit that best fit the catagory. To make this thread the most useful to all the members, I request that people refrain from just posting comments. Each post should have a photo. This thread is for posting CASUAL photos.

    Hope this proves useful.

    Cheers

The White Trash party is a fund raiser a local dj holds annually. I'm playing onstage w/ an AC/DC cover band at a fund raiser. In keeping with the theme, I have a possum sporran. My militarykilt is Black Watch military issue. The colors are so dark you can't really see them except in the sunshine.

It's a bit easier to see the tartan in this pic from an outdoor solo concert I did a few years ago.

I mostly dress casual, but I do clean up nice...

I know most of you don't like the long'Daves' (why would I wear long'johns', my name is Dave) under the kilt, but when it's cold out, the extra protection helps.
