    X-marks Tartan Jacket

I had some fabric left over from my xmarksthescot kilt which the Wizard of BC made for me.
I placed it with a local seamstress who worked from an old pattern issued by Woman and Home magazine to produce a lady's wool jacket for Ann to wear over a tee-shirt or blouse. I collected it today and gave it to Ann today as an early Christmas present.

Hopefully over the holiday period she will wear this jacket while I wear my matching xmarks kilt.

That is fantastic! Now I can't wait to see a photo of the two of you in your matching tartans. Ann looks lovely in it.

That looks great Alex, a wonderful idea.

Great (and thoughtful) way to use the extra fabric!
