you can make a kilt anywhere
Working on a kilt (US Army tartan for one of you XMarkers!) while waiting to compete at the Glasgowlands Highland Games in Massachusetts:

Doesn't matter where you are, because you don't need a sewing machine!

Gee, I don't think so. Sorry! My family is so used to seeing me making kilts in odd places that they don't take pics of me any more. The one above was taken by someone in the band - I hadn't even see it until it was posted on Facebook yesterday.
