    You are lucky Arlen..my company wanted the employees to come to this years conference (Wed) dressed as super heroes...spandex and all..I think I'll pass but it should be an interesting week for me.

    I have finally figured it out. That is not Arlen at all.... It is a mannequin that he has around his house where the head is stuck and can't be moved. All he does is drape his wardrobe on it to share with the rabble...

    I suspected another carboard cutout myself, but a mannequin better explains the slightly different arm and hand positions.
