12th Night Dinner and Ceilidh
I just had to tell everyone about a great weekend. The Seven Pipers society, had their annual 12th night dinner and ceilidh last Saturday. I attended with a beautiful lady and had a wonderful time. The dinner was great with some piping by William Don Carlos (PM of the seven pipers) http://www.wdoncarlos.com/front_page.htm who then piped us through the streets of Bisbee, Arizona to the hall (club Killamanjaro) where he continued to entertain us with his fantastic fiddle playing and a couple operatic numbers (tenor). His wife accompanied on the keyboard and sang us one soprano number with a little sing along. Some poetry both traditional and new compositions rounded out the evening. My amazing date and the great company of people I had never met made me feel very welcome.

After the ceilidh We ended up at St Elmos bar for a night of continued dancing and a couple from (Italy and Germany) ended up there from the ceilidh as well. Lots of great kilted fun. O'Neille

It looks like a great time was had by all. Isnt it wonderful when a group of people you have never met treats you like an old friend.

Well, that is one way to make all of us jealous here.... Talk about an evening like that and then give us a picture! Sounds like a wonderful time.

Any evening spent dancing in the company of beautiful lady is a grand one. It sounds like a wonderful time O'Neille. I am disappointed that you didn't post a picture of yourself in your finery with your lovely companion.

Sorry, I just was trying to catch up after my absence. I only got 4 pictures and none of them show the new kilt. I'll rectify that problem at the Burn's Dinner.
