    Addiction?

Ever since I signed up in January I find myself increasingly drawn to spend more time on X Marks the Scot. OK - I am retired so sometimes have too much time on my hands but thought it would be interesting to see how many times members visit the site.

    I'm guilty of 4 -6 times a day!

I voted for more than 6, but I'd say it's an average of between 3 and 8 times, depending on how busy we are and how much I find myself looking things up online that day.

How do you define visit the site. At work we use Lotus Notes for email, calendar, to do etc. As part of Notes we can identify a web site for project collaboration, however, this is not being used by the projects. Since it is available I entered XMTS's website. This means that I am visiting the site as long as I have Notes up and running. I normally open the XMTS page a couple (3-4) times a day when I need a mind break. Then maybe once at home.

I would define a site visit as each time you open the site. Jumping from page to page within the same visit is still only one visit. On this basic cacunn would visit the site 3 - 5 times a day.

What can I say, Xmarks stays on a tab in my browser all day long. Every now and again I hit the refresh button to see what is new!

I said 3 -5 , I can't look at a lot of my fave sites at work , but I generally get online as soon as I get home to check mails etc.. I check in again after the wife turns in. On my days off, like today, I'll check in much more often.
