    Back From Europe

I'm back from 21 days in Western Europe. I spent all but two days kilted, including the trip home.

Many thanks to you, Hamish for your kindness and generosity. It was great meeting you in person and getting to know you better. I hope that won't be our last meeting.

The trip was fantastic. There were only a couple of places where wearing a kilt might not have gone over well (two major churches with very conservative dress codes). Other than that, no problems anywhere (except for those high winds at Assisi in Florence - at least some folks' curiousity was finally satisfied).

I got a few questions about my kilt wearing from a couple of my 36 travel mates, but no complaints or problems.

I'm detailing my impression about the trip on my blog: http://mindstationx.blogspot.com/

I'm still getting the hundreds of photos into some kind of rational order. I'll probably be able to post a few tomorrow.

Time to hit the sack. Early up for work tomorrow.

I think the world is ready for us.

    Wear your kilts!

Great shots, I must say one thing-you really do not look like tourists.

Just out of curiosity, is Ham as jovial in person as I think he is?
